A New York hood, dressed only in ragged sailor pants, has captured a handsome, blonde bodybuilder and his rowboat, and forced the bodybuilder at gunpoint to row him to a small island, inhabited only by birds. Once there, he forces the bodybuilder to take off his clothes in ex-change for his rags. Before the hood can put on the good clothes, the bodybuilder jumps him, and in a teriffic struggle (with posing straps) subdues the hood enough to get the gun. The hood is forced to put on his own clothes at gunpoint, and to row the bodybuilder away from the island. A fast action story.
