
Somewhere in the space between fine art and pornography lie the works of Arthur Tress, this series exploits the decay of New York City between 1970 and 1980 to explore the relationship between the gay man and modernity in strange and surreal ways.

That’s amazing. Today is the first time I knew of these photos, or of the photographer. Geez…..I was in my single-digit years when he was doing this work. I’m glad I saw it later than not at all!
