Steve PACKARD Photographed by Ned Hart Colt got 'im first, natch, but that studio published just a couple hot-leather pixs of this cocky dude with a face to die for and tattoos to kill over. So Western Man persuaded Packard to finish up for us what the master started. Stand back... he's got a mean left hook. Helter skelter, for sure!
